We started planning our Hongkong trip for 5 of us along with an infant just 2 months before the start of the trip. The actual trip was great. Shayne had planned the trip very well. Especially the hotels were perfect for honeymoon trip. Reason why I am giving only 3 stars is your back office is not responsive at all. Issues related to travel insurance took too much time to solve.

It was good experience with Travel Triangle...service by Aman was worth 5 star rating but want sales team to come forward with more suggestions while offring a deal..for example staying at Atlantis Hotel allow free entry to Lost chambers and water park there...so if someone stays for one night in this hotel 2 activities are free for the customer ...which covers the Hotels high charges...or may be little bit extra cost can give a memorable experience to the customer becoz the hotel is one of the finest. So I rated the over all experience as 4 becoz As told that Travel Triangle has organized more than 2000 trips so I expect their sales team should be having this kind of information. Met few families who were doing the same things as quoted above. Rest the service was good nd enjoyed the trip. Thank you. Sunayana

The Heights hotel at Munnar could have been better in terms of Food, rest scenic beauty was nice at this hotel. Only concern was too far from the Munnar. Alleppey House Boat 1 day .... this experience was awesome we enjoyed a lot ... the luxury boat was arranged by Neetu and Food was mouth watering Alleppy houseboat was the ultimate experience.
